STATE TOURNAMENT INFORAMTION
PEP ASSEMBLY TUESDAY 2:45 HIGH SCHOOL GYM
SEND OFF 4:55PM. BUS WILL LEAVE AT 5PM
STUDENT BODIES THAT WISH TO SIT TOGETHER ON THE FAIRGROUNDS AREA FLOOR MUST BE THE SIDE THAT IS ASSIGNED TO THEIR TEAMS. THEY CANNOT BE IN THE END SEATS OR ON THE OPPOSING TEAM’S SIDE. THERE IS NO STANDING ON THE RAILS OR THE CHAIRS AND THEY CANNOT BE STANDING DIRECTLY
BEHIND THE OPPOSING TEAM’S BENCH. THE DESIGNATED HOME SIDE IS BEHIND THE SCORE TABLE AND TEAM BENCHES AND THE DESIGNATED VISITOR’S SIDE IS OPPOSITE THE TEAM BENCHES.
NO BANDS OF ANY SIZE OR NATURE, NO NOISE MAKERS, NO CONFETTI, NO BANNERS, NO EMBLEMS OR PLACARDS, NO SIGNS, NO THUNDERSTICKS, NO BALLOONS, NO LASER LIGHTS, NO MEGAPHONES, NO FOAM FINGERS, NO FATHEADS, NO FLAGS OR OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY BE A DISTRACTION TO THE
PARTICIPANTS IN THE GAME OR TO THE OTHER FANS ARE ALLOWED.

Cutoff for orders will be Monday at noon.
Please choose local pickup if you plan to pick up from Hollie Jones.
Pickup is scheduled for Monday evening at 7pm at the high school as of right now. (Depending on what time we play we may be able to also add a pick up on Tuesday morning)

School will be in session on Thursday, February 20th. Roads are mostly in good condition with a few slick spots so caution is encouraged. Buses will run normally. With the extreme cold temperatures, bus drivers have been made aware to be patient as some riders may be waiting inside.
The Class 2A-A-B Basketball Regional Tournaments scheduled for Thursday, Friday, Saturday have been pushed back to Friday, Saturday, Monday. Host sites and game times will remain the same.
Amber-Pocasset Public Schools will remain closed Wednesday, February 19th.
Due to the high probability of winter weather and hazardous road conditions, Amber-Pocasset Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, February 18th, 2025.

Roads and parking lots are in good condition . Dutton road has some areas where ice remains and some bridges may have some ice. Those should be passable with caution . School will be in session tomorrow
