A message from TUTTLE:
Hello,
We have your Varsity and JV teams traveling to Tuttle on Thursday, August 24 for volleyball matches. We will start at 4:30 and will play in our Greg Henning Activity Center gym located at 300 N. Cimarron in Tuttle. All parking will be on the south side of our high school building and entry for all groups will be on that south end as well. We use GoFan for online ticketing for all events. We do not accept cash for entry. If you could please pass along the following links to your volleyball coaches, parents, and fans and encourage them to please purchase their tickets beforehand, it will speed up their entry into the facility. The Josten's representative will be here Monday Aug. 21 @ 12:45 pm to discuss letter jackets, graduation announcements, and class rings. Order date will be Friday Aug. 25 @ 8:00 am.
We are happy to announce that our district has partnered with the Grady County Sheriff's Office to provide School Resource Officers (SROs) this school year. We are pleased to welcome Kylie Kutman to the Pocasset campus and Joe Beilouny to the Amber campus. They will be at each site daily and attend several of our activity events.
District Wide Open House Wednesday, August 16th from 5-6pm
Elementary- Students may drop off their supplies and meet their teacher(s)
Middle School/High School- Students can pick up their schedule at this time and meet their teachers

Access to the Guardian Portal, Student Records Portal, Student Portal, and Employee Portal is available through one app download. Access to the portals via the app provides all the same features and functionality that you are used to when accessing the portals from a web browser, including support for Sign in with Microsoft and Sign in with Google.
Student Portal:
Students can stay informed of their progress in the classroom with instant access to attendance, assignment status, class averages and school notifications.
Guardian Portal:
Guardians can stay informed of their student’s progress in the classroom with instant access to attendance, assignment status, class averages, eligibility, discipline and school notifications. They can view lunchroom and student account balances.
Student Records Portal: Guardians can manage all their students from a single login, submit enrollment information and documents for new and existing students as well as update contact information, when necessary, throughout the school year.

New Student Enrollment will be Thursday, August 3rd from 9-2pm. Grades K-6th will be at the Elementary and grades 7-12 will be at the High School.
Returning students will enroll online. Online enrollment will open August 1st.
Amber-Pocasset has an opening for a SPED Paraprofessional at the Middle School/High School level. Applicants should send an email with a resume to Holly Lewis at hlewis@amposchools.org

July 1st- July 9th is the OSSAA dead period.
Secondary-level students enrolled or pre-enrolled at a member school may not use any member school’s athletic facilities during the dead period in connection with any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA. Member school coaches, assistant coaches and sponsors may not have any contact with secondary-level enrolled or pre-enrolled students in that member school in any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA for the purpose of coaching, training, or instructing.
Special board meeting that was scheduled for tonight, June 15th has been canceled.
