Meal Program Update
I want to start by saying a huge “Thank You!” to OPAA Food Management for preparing the meals and Williams Grocery in Tuttle for providing the bags. So far we are scheduled to provide 132 meals on Monday. If you are scheduled for delivery please be expecting delivery between 9:45-10:30. If you are planning on meeting us at Friend school we will likely be there before 10:00. After the first day we should be able to narrow down a more accurate time.
If you are picking up at Pocasset, pick up will be between 10:00 and 10:30. Please pull around to the back side of the cafeteria (west side). We will have individuals bring the meals out to your vehicle. Access to the building will not be allowed.
If you are picking up at Amber, pick up will be between 10:00 and 10:30. Please pull up to the east side of the building (by the flag pole). We will have individuals bring the meals out to your vehicle. Access to the building will not be allowed.
If you have not been contacted or able to respond back to request a meal please contact us at sguthrie@amposchools.org. We also ask that you help us share this information so we can serve everyone that needs it. When contacting us please provide us with the following information:
• Will you be picking up? If so at the Amber campus or the Pocasset campus.
• If you need delivery we will need your address and if you normally ride a bus route who is your driver.
• Number of meals you are requesting
Finally, we have received several offers from individuals willing to volunteer and we appreciate each and every one. However, we want to make sure we are being responsible to the safeguards recommended by the CDC, so we are limiting the number of workers to just the minimum needed. If the situation changes and the program grows we may be reaching out but at this time we feel we are able to staff the program adequately.

We have just received word that all OSSAA Tournament games are postponed indefinitely. As we receive additional information we will pass it along.

This information was just received from the Oklahoma Secondary Athletic Association;
